Sabina Keric & Yvonne Bayer started their ‘Urban Camouflage’ Project in 2007, during their exchange term in sweden.
Urban Camouflage deals with the question how to camouflage oneself and one’s identity in the commercial space. The costumes are inspired by ‘ghillie suits’, the camouflage suits of snipers and hunters.
The most disturbing point is the imagination, that someone is truely wear this kind of ‘suit’ in public. And that makes it most surpricing. Great inspiration. You’ve also to check out their live videos on youtube here.
